2. General

I only process personal data insofar as this is necessary to provide this website and my services, or where you have given your consent. This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. No profiling takes place.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website).

4. Server log files

When you access the website, information is automatically collected in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of the file retrieved, amount of data transferred, the browser and operating system used, and, where applicable, the previously visited page (referrer). This data is used for technical delivery, stability and security, is not merged with other data sources, and is deleted after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. Fonts

The fonts used are served locally from this server. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is established, and your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

6. Contacting me by email

If you write to me by email, I process the information you provide (your email address, and where applicable your name and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You can send me a message via the contact form on the “Contact” page. The data you enter (name, email address, message) is processed exclusively to handle your enquiry. It is transmitted by email to my inbox; the form data is not permanently stored on the server. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

7. Booking via Cal.com

For booking, I use the EU-hosted version of the Cal.com service (“Cal.eu”). A Cal.eu booking calendar is embedded on the “Schedule” page. For privacy reasons, it only loads when you actively click “Show available dates”; only then is a connection to Cal.eu’s servers (app.cal.eu) established, transmitting your IP address among other data. If you book an appointment, the provider (Cal.com) processes the data required to arrange it (e.g. name, email address, desired date and the details you enter in the booking form). This data is processed and stored on servers within the European Union. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract initiation/performance). Paid bookings are handled via the payment service provider Stripe. Stripe processes the data required for payment (e.g. name, email address and payment information). The provider in the European Economic Area is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. 8. Newsletter

A newsletter is not currently active. As soon as a newsletter is offered, this privacy policy will be supplemented with information on sign-up (double opt-in), the software used, and withdrawal of consent.

9. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object (Art. 21) to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is in particular the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI).

For security reasons, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption (recognisable by “https” in your browser’s address bar).
